dc.description.abstractThe concepts of sustainable HRM and sustainable career are relativity new, and there is a lack of adequate literature linking these two concepts. Hence, the overall objective of this paper is to provide key insights into the link between sustainable HRM and sustainable careers. The study is an attempt to provide some important views regarding how sustainability is integrated into HRM practices and their effects on the sustainability of careers. The paper starts with an introduction to the concepts of sustainable HRM, sustainable careers, and their theoretical foundations. It discusses the various factors affecting them through a conceptual model based on a literature review. The paper concludes by discussing future research directions.en_US
