| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to examine the relationships among e-HRM, e-HRM performance, job satisfaction, and environmental performance by employing data collected from 176 employees of five selected commercial banks operating in the Batticaloa district of Sri Lanka. In addition, the study investigates the mediating effects of e-HRM performance and job satisfaction on the relationship between e-HRM and environmental performance. The data analysis using structural equation modeling revealed positive and statistically significant relationships between the four study variables. In addition, the study found that e-HRM performance and job satisfaction partially mediate the relationship between e-HRM and environmental performance. The main contribution of this study is to reveal how e-HRM influences environmental performance in the context of the Sri Lankan banking sector. | en_US |
