dc.description.abstract The “CRISPY VEGGIES” is a new product that contains more than three vegetables as a mix, which is processed through osmotic dehydration with the use of sugar. Now a day’s kids and most of the adults are not interest in consuming vegetables. To overcome this problem, it is decided to create a new product with nutritious vegetables in an attractive way. Based on the market survey, the product was developed with a new production plant design. en_US
